I went to Walmartt, bought a set of Truck/RV driving lights, (halogen) 3x5. Mounted on 1 1/2 angle alum. 14". I heavy duty wire tied it to the ROP flat part at top. Ran the wire kit to the access. light plug, and mounted a bracket to hold the lighted switch to the left below the seat. There are holes already drilled. Ran the wire in the flex conduit from auto parts. Total 35.00, two budweiser. Talk about lighted work area!

I have owned both, a TC30d & TC33d. Both with loaders and mower decks. If your land is level you probably do ok with the TC30. I work on very hilly ground and found the 3 extra hourses made a huge difference.

DOUBLE STICK VELCRO (HEAVY DUTY BRAND) YOU NEED A CROWBAR TO REMOVE. I SET MINE ON THE ROLL BAR FENDER MOUNT. THE SPIDER FRAME OPENING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP HOLDER FITS OVER THE BOLT.....HOLDS THE BUDWEISER PERFECT FOR THOSE DUSTY GRASS CUTTING DAYS.

Yes, I also had to test the limits. All the promises the dealer made had to be verified. I have wheel weights only. If at an angle with a load in the bucket, steering is a give away your heavy. I was excited that I did not have to install the balast box just for the routine yard work. (close quaters around the wifes roses).If I was moving loads on long distance or unlevel surfaces I too would have added the balast box. I had to know what the new tractor would do or not do. So far it preformed without faults. Totally happy with the choice. I am glad I went for the 4110 instead of the 4010. I think the bigger Hydro/sys, makes a difference. Your knowledge and this board did steer me in that direction. Thanks

GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME. JUST ORDERED FROM AMSOIL. ATF, FILTERS, GREASE, GEAR OIL, DIESEL OIL.
ALL THE THREADS REFERENCED THEM AS THE BEST. AFTER THE BREAK IN THE FLUIDS ARE GOING TO BE TOP OF THE LINE.....I THANK ALL WHO PARTICIPATED HERE AND ON MANY OF THE OTHER BBS

I looked around today for oil that matched the required SG rating specified by JD manual. The only one I could find is Mobil. I have been a Castrol (go John Force)fan for years. Traded vehicles at 160000 or better with no smoke or oil consumption.
Does anyone in cyber-space know if Castrol makes a Syn or Reg oil for JD 4110. What about Transmission. Walmart had there brand in a Pennsylvania store that had the JD approved stamp.
I found a cross ref on Fram oil filter. I used fram for 40 years without incident. I was suprised to here others not having good luck?

Just took possion of a JD-4110/HST/R-4, 410-FEL, 60-MMM, 54"-Front Plow. I ordered a 53" bucket (middle of the road).Came with 63" bucket. Should I return for the 53". I plan on using for routine yard maintenance, top soil, mulch, back saving lifting. Im not sure if the large bucket is to big for what I plan on using it for. I always thought bigger is better?
Any advise from this board would be great.
